Students Compete In Penn State Dairy Expo UNIVERSITY PARK - Saturday was Dairy Expo day at the Penn State Ag Arena. The show, sponsored by the Dairy Science Club, used Penn State dairy cattle for fitting and showmanship competition. At noon several special events were held. Students competed in milk chugging and calf dressing contests. In the celebrity milking contest State Dairy Princess Beth Heald and University Dairy Princess Michele Campbell won over teams composed of Paul Shellenberger and Dieter Kneg, Lady Lion basketball players and Penn State wrestlers.
