FARM
Farm consisting of 70.7 acres improved with a
main residence, 2Va story frame house with
asbestos siding with 2 apartments each unit has
kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & bath, each
unit has a separate oil fired furnace & electric
hot water heater & separate electric meters,
one laundry room serves both units, basement
with outside entrance, a second dwelling
consists of a smaller frame house with
aluminum siding with kitchen, living room &
bath downstairs, 3 bedrooms on second floor,
attic, basement, heated by oil baseboard hot
water heat, both houses are served by septic
tank & cesspool, water is supplied by well.
Other bldgs, consists of a 40’x60’ frame bank
barn with attached implement & tool shed,
cement block hogpen with water & electric at

a large spring fed pond from which a small
stream flows over part of farm, macadam
