Carlson, a resident of Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania, has recently been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Credit Quality, by the Farm Credit Banks of Baltimore. A 1976 graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State College, Mr. Carlson has been employed by the Banks since his graduation. He begain his Farm Credit career in the Southeast Farm Credit Association in West BALTIMORE - John W. Kahoe, a resident of Baltimore, Maryland, has recently been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Credit Review Manager, by the Farm Credit Banks of Baltimore. A 1973 graduate of the University of Maryland, Mr. Kahoe began his Farm Credit career in that year as a Field Representative. He later joined the Delaware Farm Credit Associations as a Loan and Ap praisal Officer and remained there until 1982 when he returned to the Baltimore headquarters as an Appraisal Officer. In 1984, Mr. Kahoe was promoted to Chief Pressure-Treated Lumber Wolmanized pressure-treated wood and Outdoor wood have built-in chemical protection that provides resistance to decay and termites. In 1981, he joined the headquarters office of the 2nd Farm Credit District as a Credit Analyst and was subsequently promoted to Senior Credit Analyst, and Senior Credit Officer. In his new capacity, Mr. Carlson will supervise credit quality in the 26 Farm Credit Associations located in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and the Com monwealth of Puerto Rico. Kahoe promoted Appraisal Officer and in November, 1985, received designation as an Accredited Rural Appraiser from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. This organization is one of the oldest professional appraisal and land management organizations in the United States. Korman, have received their ! designation as Accredited Rural Appraisers from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers at the organization’s annual convention in Kansas City, Missouri. Kahoe, a resident of Baltimore, Maryland, has been involved in rural mortgage lending nad ap praisals since 1973. He has the responsiblity for total review of credit in the Farm Credit Associations located in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia and the Com monwealth of Puerto Rico. Korman, a resident of Cockeysville, Maryland, joinedthe Banks as Branch Manager of their Denton Associations in 1967. Since 1971, Korman has assisted in the supervision and coordination of appraisal standards as they relate to appraisal reviews, sales studies, collateral evaluation and monitoring of the appraisal func tion in the 2nd Farm Credit District, and other financing in stitutions. The American Socity of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, established in 1929, holds the distinction of being one of the oldest appraisal and land management organizations in the United States.
