out of the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County, and to me

TRACT 1: Tract of land situate in Littlestown Borough, Adams County,
PA - having approx. 113.62 ft. frontage at 301 Lumber Street, Littlestown,
PA - a depth of 158 ft. to railroad at rear and 79 ft. frontage along Keystone
Street, containing 0.960 acre being improved with a 82 ft. by 32 ft. - 3-story
