Seventeen speakers are scheduled during a very active day beginning at 8:45 a.m. ending at 4:30 p.m. Growers will hear Dr. James Flore, Horticultural Department, Michigan State University discuss “New Peach Planting Systems and Hardiness Research in Michigan.” The rest of the morning program will include topics such as “An Update on Tree Fruit Weed Con trol” by Dr. Brad Majek, Rutgers Weed Control Specialist; “Preventing the Inking of Peaches” by Dr. A.
