Victoria has earned the Green hand and Chapter Farmer de grees, and was named Star Chap ter Farmer. She is currently vice-president of her chapter and served as chaplain last year. At present, Mike works for his father and grandfather on the family’s dairy farm. Some of Mike’s FFA activities have included parliamentary pro cedure, land judging, FFA week, membership in various commit tees and livestock showing. He has participated in the flower show, fruit sale, junior flower show, and farm show. He has attended the State and Na tional Conventions and served on the Prom Committee. Following high school, Steven plans to attend college. Rich Rich Speer is the son of Mr. ant' Mrs. Jamei Speer Jr. ol Blairs Mills. At the State FFA Convention last week, Rich wai named Penn sylvania Stai Farmers. Rich graduated Huntingdon County High School in 1985. He is currently in partner ship with his father on the family’s 65-cow dairy farm. Some of his FFA activities have included public speaking, par liamentary procedure, tractor dri ving, essay contests, livestock shows, various committees, land judging and leadership conferences. The projects have included hay, com, swine, small grains, calves, heifers and cows. In addition, he has held numerous offices in the local chapter, including treasurer and vice president. POTTSVILLE - The Schuylkill County Winter Vegetable Meeting will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Dusselfink Motor Inn, Route 61. Speakers for the meeting will be Pete Ferretti and Michael Orzolek, Extension Vegetable Specialists; Robert Tetrault, Extension En tomologist; and Alan Mac Nab, Extension Plant Pathologist.
