Moreover, all of Franklin county lies within the Chesapeake Bay drainage basin; thus we must be concerned about this regional ecological problem”. He continues his personal programs of involvement by participating on a committee of public and private ag-related groups formulating Penn sylvania’s agricultural pollution reduction strategy on which he has served and remains as advisor. He has also served as a member of the Cititzens Advisory Committee on the Chesapeake Bay Executive Countil, and is currently one of the Pennsylvanians represented on the Chesapeake Bay Commission.
