Market Comment: Movement of
ready to cook whole birds con
tinued to vary but most plants
noted improvement in today’s
demand. Clearances ranged from
good to instances disappointing.
Parts cleared to a mixed but
mostly fair call. Wings continued
best with advance interest noted
for leg quarters in several plants.
Live supplies were generally
adequate. Weights were trending
lighter but still mostly desirable to
heavier than desired.

offerings were at steadier levels.
Recent competitiveness of broiler
