Good buyer demand noted as some local packers were in need of cattle each day. Small receipts of the trading days was a contributing factor coupled with higher dressed beef prices to turn live prices higher. Heavy cattle less in evidence this week, but a few pens were on offer and these experienced advances also. Slaughter cows 1.00 to mostly 2.00 highr, slaughter bulls steady.
