TRACT #1: Containing 3.910 acres on the southeast comer fronting on
Route #94 482 feet and on Quaker Church Road 630 feet. Erected thereon is
a 2% story frame & weatherboarded 7-room and full bath home with at
tached laundry room which has twin built in kettle furnaces. First floor
