on a 4” tube. The auger has adjustable
front and rear 14 gau. galvanized shields,
for maximum capacity. The auger is powered by a 60 lb. gearbox which
brings forage to the center for the delivery chain.
To deliver the high volume of forage from the sweep auger to the inside
chute, a heavy duty hook chain with hardened cutters is used to convey
the forage. The stainless steel top shield is easily removed to adjust the
chain if needed. The plate and V pipe keep the delivery chain positioned
over the inside chute in the forage.
