Murray also worked as operations
manager for Commonwealth
Telephone, covering Tioga,
Bradford, Susquehanna and
Sullivan counties.
Murray is chairman of the
PA/NJ Rural Electric Cooperative
Manager’s Association, he serves
on the National Rural Electric
Cooperative Association (NRECA)
Management Advisory Com
mittee, and the joint NRECA/CFC
(Cooperative Finance Cor
poration) Telecommunications
Committee. Murray is past
recipient of the Pennsylvania
Rural Electric Association’s
