Model 40 Volume Belt® Conveyor
provides a low-cost solution. It’s
specifically designed for uses such
as short distance conveying to
feeders, into and out of mixers, and
for use in feedrooms. Maximum
length of the feeder is 40 feet.
Built of heavy-gauge, weather
resistant steel, the Economy
Model 40 provides a choice of
belts: standard, smooth surface
belts in 14-inch and 18-inch widths
for up to 15-degree elevation; and
rough top belts in 14- and 18-inch
widths for up to 30-degree
elevation.
Economy features Include a
simple, efficient drive unit; con
venient, easy belt tightener;
greasable bronze bearings; and a
rod type idler roller that
eliminates feed buildup. In ad
dition, the Model 40 has greater
capacity than chain or auger
systems.
