I know how to work with people, I know how to communicate.” “You don’t sit and manage in isolation,” says Grubb about his management style. “You use the resources you have; you draw the best out of them, you know, get a team and start working.” “I hope to step in and get to know the people I’m working with and be off and running in a very short period,” says Grubb about the proposed agriculture post. “A lot can be accomplished in a year. Although PFA has criticized the Governor for not selecting a nominee who is currently engaged in commercial agriculture, Grubb is not foreign to the farm.
