New Bell Oats Crimper is portable
TIIFFIN, Ohio - C.S. Bell
Company, Tiffin, Ohio, has
announced the introduction
of a new Oats Crimper. Oats,
corn and other grains can be
quickly and conveniently
crimped or cracked with this
new model. This unique
device, which incorporates a
cast iron and steel design,
greatly reduces feed costs
and increases the feed
volume and digestibility of
an animal’s diet.
Machine output is ten
bushels per hour under
normal conditions. The size
of the Crimper make it ideal
as a portable unit or for a
permanent installation. The
machine contains heavy coil
springs which are adjustable
to a coarse setting when
cracking corn for other
livestock, such as sheep,
goats, some calves and
poultry. Power
requirements are as little as
a’s hp electric motor.
Overall dimensions are
13” x 16” x 15”. Optional
accessories such as a stand,
belt guard, motor bracket
and drive pulley with V-belt
are available at extra cost.

president, Barry Gasciogne, and

the Rotaflo dairy system.
“We understand that rotaries
have gotten a bad name, to be
honest,” admits Graham. “But the
traditional problems of steelwork
corrosion, along with the roller and
bearing wear, are virtually
eliminated. The Rotaflo system is
just a simple concrete platform
floating in a water reservoir, so
there’s not much that can wear out
