Gill of Carlisle is assuming respon sibilities as executive secretary of the Pennsylvania Association of Farmer Cooperatives starting Feb. 5, according to President Ward Cooper. Gill replaces Wallace Dunlap of York, who served in a part-time capacity as administrative director for 18 months. “Appointing a full-time executive secretary is only one step towards fulfilling the long range goals of the organization,” Cooper said. Gill has worked in the press office of the state Department of Agriculture since July 1984. Prior to that, she was communications manager for Inter-State Milk Producers’ Cooperative of Southampton.
