Al6-Lancaster Farming, Saturday, January 19,1985 Farm Show tobacco winners named Lancaster County tobacco growers captured all the cham pionships in their judging com petition at the 69th Pennsylvania Farm Show. Lois Burkholder of RD 1, Washington Boro, exhibited the grand champion in the wrapper classes, while Robert Burkholder, also of Rt) 1, Washington Boro, exhibited the grand champion filler tobacco. The grand champion Pennsylvania grown smoking tobacco sample was exhibited by Gary R. Neff of RD 1, Millersville. Deets of Titusville, Venango County taking top honors in the individual education exhibit and best gift pack. The Somerset County Maple Producers’ Association took the top award for best statewide education exhibit. Com growers HARRISBURG - Corn growers with top yields were honored at the Farm Show. John Cooper of Fombell, Beaver County took top honors in the shelled grain har vested class.
