Farmers Home Administration (FmHA),
in an effort to integrate Government and
private sector expertise in the Admini
stration of FmHA farm loan programs;
provide expanded services to farmers in
financial stress; and obtain assistance in
servicing its caseload will issue contracts
to farm management associations,
agriculture lenders, private farm man
agement firms, and agriculture consul
tants who provide professional farm
management and financial analysis
expertise.
This contract is being solicited under
provisions of 41 USC 252 (c) (1). This
procurement is totally set aside for small
business concerns.

3:00 PM, January 31, 1985, for a copy of
the solicitation proposal, after which
