Responsible for training and monitoring the work of DHIA
Supervisors. Advise and counsel local DHIA Associations on
conduct of their program. Develop and implement program that
benefits DHIA within specific region. Conduct on farm con
sultations with DHIA members to resolve DHIA related problems.
Design and conduct one day workshop for member dairymen.
Generally responsible for DHIA program within region.
Bachelor of science degree in dairy science preferred but several
years experience in the dairy field will be considered in lieu of
degree. Must be Willing to travel within geographic territory with
occasional travel to national meetings.
