a $250,000 fund drive to restore the historic structure to working condition.
Approximately $150,000 is needed to restore the structure and about $lOO,OOO for
macninery.

Tom Flory is also accepting donations of machinery to help restore the mill. The
needed machinery includes steel elevators, augers, bran duster, flour purifier, wheat
scour, wheat cleaner and dust collector.

Box 3389, Lancaster, Pa. 17604.
Donations are not tax deductible since ownership of the mill will remain in the Flory
family. Insurance money received by the Florys has gone largely to pay off the mill’s
annual operating debt.
The Flory family has also expressed gratitude to various groups which have helped
with cleanup, including Mennonite Disaster Service, Trinity Lutheran Church and
Hempfield High School students
