Young pedal pullers compete at Park City
LANCASTER A Pedal Power
Tractor Pull was one of the
featured events at the Lancaster
County Farmers Association week
of activities at Park City.
Thirty-five youthful pedal
pullers competed in four different
age categories.
Top finishers in the four
categories were:
Three and four-year-olds
Timothy Houseal, first; and
Nathan Stoyer, second.
Five and six-year-olds Ryan
Kurtz, first; and Shannon Martin,
second.
Seven and eight-year-olds
Cheyenne Stauffer, first; and
Jason Snavely, second.
Nine and 10-year-olds Shane
Weiler and Willis Weiler, tie, first;
and Jansen Herr, second.
The pull was managed by David
L. Nolt, of Paradise, who operates
various pedal pulls, in addition to
his toy farm equipment collecting.
Each participating puller
received a kite from I-ancaster
