UNIVERSITY PARK - Martha Plass Sheehe, assistant agent in Chester County, has been promoted to the rank of associate extension agent. Associate Agent is the third highest rank among Cooperative Extension agents. She is responsible for organizing and carrying out an informal education program for youth and adults in Chester County. “Martha Plass Sheehe un derstands the program planning process and uses her knowledge in this area to meet clientele needs,” said Trudy Dougherty, Chester County Extension Director. “She has demonstrated her perception of clientele needs by providing leadership to the State Nutrition Task Force and 4-H Regional Family Living Committee.
