The fair concluded on Saturday with the Berks County 4-H Horse Clubs annual round-up show at the center. Ribbons were in abundance as awards were handed out in many categories. Throughout the fair, food, soda, ice cream and milkshakes were available to the juniors. Bi favorites with the 4-Her’s $175.95 $216.95 $343.95 were the ag Olympic and the watermelon eating contests. The ag Olympics included com husking contests, hay bale throwing, and other ag related feats of skill. Throughout the three days of events, the Berks County Ag Center and newly completed 4-H Community Center were bustling with activity.
