unchanged. Cartoned egg orders
are mixed, but slightly improved
overall. Some features are planned
and additional products is being
moved to the shorter upcoming
week. However, several dealers
continue to note improvement as
disappointing. Graded jumbos are
tight. All other sizes are reported
as adequate or available. Mediums
remain in longest supply and
continue to move into breaking
channels.

ready to cook whole birds is fairly
good overall. Current production
varies from in balance to well
cleared. Inquiry for breast items
has slowed, but most other items
moved to an improved call.
Slaughter schedules moderately
heavy. Large supplies are
adequate. Weights are in a wide
range, but generally desirable.
Undertone fully steady.
Today’s L.T.L. asking prices are
unchanged on U.S. Grade A at 53-59
cents.
