FROM THE INCOMPARABLE
S-W-D VALIANT
1. 40 units of semen sold in 10 lots of 4 units
each. Purchased directly from ABS in
December of 1983 and carefully maintained
in our semen tank. High bidder will have the
option of taking from 1 to 10 lots. Semen will
be sold immediately following the cattle at
approximately 3 p.m. and may be picked up
at the sale or anytime there after. Valiant is
dead and his semen is certain to be an ex
cellent investment.
2. Twin yearling daughters of Valiant recently
bred to Carlin-M Ivanhoe Bell. Their dam is
a VG Elevation daughter with 3-
10 296 21,100 3.9 818. Their grandam
has 2-10 366 18,424 4.1 75 and there is
high test all through the pedigree. Con
signed by Jay Repard.
3. A fresh 2 year old be Sweet Haven Tradition
already milking over 70 lbs. Her dam is a
GP Bootmaker with 4r
2 314 22,151 3.7 832. The next dam is
Gold Medal, scored VG and made 11-
0 365 28,810 3.6 1046. Consigned by
Nowerland Farms.
4. A fresh 2 year old by Glen Valley Star. Her
Dam is VG and produced 5-
3 319 20,140 4.0 814. Consigned by
Mithva Farms.
5. Two Red and White Holsteins, a Cavalier
Bred Heifer due in Oct. and a Fresh 2 year
old by Jasper-Red Milking 50 lbs. and
testing 3.9.

6. A Cavalier due in December to Bell. Her
dam made 4-4 305 19,750 3.7 723.
7. A Glen Valley Star due in November to Bell
Dam has 4-4 304 16,170 4.6 749.
8. A Columbus due in January to Curtimaid
Astronaut Dixie (+2.25 on type). The dam of
this heifer made 8-4 305 14,330 4.0 380.
9. A Stoney due in December to Bell. Her dam
is an Elevation with 2-
3 305 20,960 3.4 703.
10. A Sterk R.A. Ijon heifer bred to Bell for
December. Her dam is a Bootmaker from a
VG Double Truine with 4-
6 365 18,630 4.1 771.
These heifers are from the cows in our lease
program and we are selling all the bred heifers
from the cows we leased in 1981 and 1982. There
will be 12 daughters of Ocean View Sexation
and many of the other popular sires will be
represented. They are well grown and in
condition to milk to the the maximum 0 f their
genetic potential. Be here on Sept. 12 and take
advantage of a buyers market. We own over 900
registered Holstein heifers and must reduce
our inventory before winter.
AU heifers will be vaccinated against IBR,
UVD, and shipping fever.
