Early L' the period, supply was running close to demand and by week-end, supplies began to drop, due to cool nights during the period. Today, supplies are running far behind demand. There are peaches available throughout the state and buyers are searching for these. Prices have been continuing to increase as supply has been dropping. Growers report adequate supplies of Cresthaven and Redskins, which are now beginning to mature. Picking will begin on these varieties toward week-end, thus insuring adequate supplies for next week. Prices quoted are wholesale, truckload, f.o.b. at the orchard or packing house in Adams, Berks, Franklin, Snyder and York Counties.
