The Pennsylvania peach season
has not begun substantially enough
to produce the supply of peaches
necessary to create a true market.
There are a few growers reporting
a few sales but nothing of
significant volume. The reports
from the south indicate that the
early very low price trend for
southern peaches has ended.
Hopefully these stronger prices
will continue in the south and
follow through in our area.
