holiday shortened week, marking
the highest levels since early May.
Upturns in dressed beef values
along with an urgent need by
packers to fill near term slaughter
requirements provided the im
petus for the advance. Well
finished offerings, with weight,
still commanded the best interest
Although all kinds shared in the
upturn.. Overall finish again
proved mediocre. Cows .50-1.00
higher. Bulls steady.
