Juniata County, Pa., along Route 35, 60
miles west of Harrisburg.
Property consists of 70 acres, more or less,
known as the William Owens farm. Tract is
located between Reeds Gap and Cross Keys,
about 20 miles south of Mifflin, or 17 miles
north of Shade Gap.
Situated on both sides of Pennsylvania Route
35, the property includes both farmland and
woodland. Stream runs through the property . A
substantial amount of good timber, including
stands of some black walnut. Timber has not
been cut since the early 19305. Excellent
hunting area.
TERMS OF SALE: Twenty percent (20%) of the
purchase price is payable upon acceptance
of the bid. The balance of the purchase price
shall be payable 30 days thereafter, upon
delivery of a valid deed, conveying good and
