    LANCASTER Secretary of
Agriculture, John R. Block,
recently announced that the fourth
in a series of “listening sessions”
to further discuss future food and
agriculture policy will be held on
June 18 in Syracuse, New York.
Block’s announcement came at the
conclusion of the third session
which was conducted in Atlanta,
Georgia.
The session will begin at 11 a.m.
at the Syracuse Sheraton Inn, 7th

Block announces farm policy listening sessions
North Street and Electronics
Parkway. It will be designed to
give the public an opportunity to
express views to the secretary of
agriculture and to other U.S.
Department of Agriculture policy
leaders. Previous sessions were in
Chicago, Riverside, California and
Atlanta.
