80-MATURE CATTLE-80
A good homebred herd of 80 cows (75 Holstein, 3
R&W Holstein, & 2 Jerseys). All Eastern bred
for many years w/15 due in Aug., 7 Sept., 12
Oct., 5 Nov., 8 Dec., 9 Fresh in April, 8 Fresh in
March & being bred back, Balance in all
stages. 10 head are Reg. Herd is on Owner-
Sampler Records w/almost 15,000 lb. herd
average w/good test. There are 35 Ist calf
heifers milking. A primarily young herd all the
way through. A set of good cattle that will make
good additions to any herd. Many cattle
carrying Service to Bulls w/Red Factor. They
have been pregnancy examined, shot for Lepto,
Blood & TB Tested, & eligible for Interstate
Shipment night of sale.

Rt. 31 - 5 miles west of Somerset, Pa. at Luthers Little Store and
follow the Sale Signs.
60 Head of Top Holstein Cows in various stages of lactation. Several
freshened recently. 4 cows due at sale time -11 due in July and August - 6
due in September and following. Herd is mostly 2, 3 and 4 year old. Herd
carries a lot of size, quality nicely uddered and producing Very good. Cows
are all A.B.C. Bred. TB and Bangs tested - Interstate transfers available
day of sale - Pregnancy checked - Records day of Sale. 2 year old Holstein
bull used on Heifers also sells.
A death in the family partnership makes this sale necessary. A nice
dairy dispersal. Plan to attend.
