He will coordinate programs and policies mainly in Southcentral and Western Pa., and also assist with programs on the national level, according to Michael Creek, Sire Power’s National Sales Manager. Baker will continue to develop and establish representation for Sire Power throughout the Southcentral and Western Pa. region, and assist with other regions as necessary. His duties and responsibilities will include assisting District Sales Managers in A.I. Training Schools, and herd visits promoting Sire Power programs, such as the GOLD Sire Development Program and LAMP (Linear Appraisal and Mating Program). He will also organize informational and promotional meetings, recruit and train technicians, and assist with exhibits and trade shows. Bob will coordinate the directives and programs to expand the representation of Sire Power. He formerly served as a Sire Power Direct Herd Representative for Southcentral, Pa. for eight years.
