The John Deere 108 Lawn Tractor comes equipped
with a 30-inch mower, rugged 8-hp engine and a 5-
speed transmission with on-the-go shift mounted on
the right fender deck. The 108 has a triple-safety
starting system the gearshift must be in neutral, the
PTO disengaged and the key used before the engine
