Apple Crisp Pare and slice enough apples to cover 8 or 10-mch pan 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 tablespoon flour Vi teaspoon cinnamon Crumb topping: V* cup brown sugar Vz cup flour % cup minute oatmeal Vz cup butter or oleo Mix all together by hand until mixture becomes crumbly Mix granulated sugar, tablespoon flour and cinnamon dry, sprinkle over apples, then cover with crumb topping. Bake at 350° F. for 30 to 40 minutes. May be eaten warn or cold. Apple Crisp Vi cup butter 1 cup flour 1 cup brown sugar 4 or 6 medium sized apples 2 teaspoons cinnamon Slice apples in casserole.
