During “Show Day,”'Penn State
students are judged on
showmanship and fitting. Ap
proximately 75 cows of five breeds
- Ayrshire, Brown Swiss, Jersey,
Guernsey, and Holstein - are being
shown.
Judges of this year’s Dairy
Exposition “Show Day” are Lori
Sollenberger, Jersey breeder from
Everett for fitting, and John
Howard, Holstein breeder from
Willow Street for showmanship.
Other events of “Show Day”
include a Celebrity Milking Con
test between Bryce Jordan, Penn
State President, and Samuel H.
Smith, Dean of the College of
Agriculture.
