750 cases. Prices are FOB buyers dock, and are computed Tuesday and

Market Comment; Movement on
ready to cook whole birds is only
fair overall. While some plants
have cleared current production
satisfactorily, others had products
and found it difficult to clear.
Breasts and wings are moving
fairly well and are adequate. Leg
and leg quarters are fully adequate
to ample for a light and
unaggressive demand.
Slaughter schedules are
moderately heavy. Live supplies
are adequate. Weights are
desirable to heavy. Undertone
ranges from weak to steady.

MARKET COMMENT: Prices
unchanged. Cartoned egg
movements is good. Floor stocks
remain heavy in preparation for
the holiday. Seller offerings of the
heavier weight eggs remain
limited and firmly held. However,
the buying interest is not as
aggressive as before, and dealers
only buy if really needed and not
just to have extra stocks on hand.
Mediums and smalls are a little
more available and adequate in
most quarters. Undertone steady
to occasionally firm.
