containing 57 A. 117 p., with 2 Vi story frame (with siding) dwelling
containing 8 rooms and bath, full attic and basement with alum,
storm doors and windows, and oil hot air heat, large bank barn,
tobacco shed, pasture with stream, frontage on 2 roads. Im
mediate possession. Inspection, Sats., April 21 & 28, 11 to 3
o'clock.
Personal property consists of: Dining room suite, four pc. bedroom suite,

This herd has a rolling herd average of 14,848 M, 3.6 Test & 535 Fat con
sisting of (57) Milch cows, (6) bred hfrs., (12) from started hfr. calves to 4
months of age & are in the following lactations (25) fresh cows, (15) han
dling & springing close, the bal. are bred for fall calving & in various stages
of lactations. This dairy is improving on each monthly herd test & has
youth w/good udders & show lots of promise for the future in this dairy. All
cattle will have been preg. exam plus necessary shots. Arrangements will
be made for all interstate shipment of cattle for holding for 3 days before
