While current production is clearing, there remains some additional products available for sale. Cutlets are irregular as some plants are short while others have an adequate supply. The balance of items is clearing reasonably well under a fair demand. Slaughter schedules are moderately heavy. Live supplies are adequate. Weights are desireable in most quarters.
