Helfrick (R-27) reports action by the State Senate on a resolution which memorializes the Governor to proclaim March 20 as Penn sylvania Agriculture Day. Helfrick, who is prime sponsor of the resolution, notes this ob servance is in conjunction with the national observance of Agriculture Day. The resolution was sent to the House for concurrence. It was adopted by the Senate on Feb. 29.
