NY Cowbelles join Ag Day observance LINDLEY, N.Y. - New York State Cowßelles are joining in the nationwide observance of Agriculture Day March 20 in a variety of ways, according to Ellen Cisco of Lindley, Agriculture Day chairman. A major emphasis will be par ticipation in the American National Cowßelles Association program “Beef Feeds the Hungry”.
