750 cases. Prices are FOB buyers dock, and are computed Tuesday and

Market Comment: Movement on
ready to cook whole birds is fair to
good, and clearances are quite
satisfactory in most quarters.
Demand for legs, leg quarters and
wings is good while the call for
cutlets and breasts is fair.
Slaughter schedules are
moderately heavy. Live supplies
are adequate at generally
desirable rates. Undertone steady.
Today’s L.T.L. asking prices are
unchanged on U.S. Grade A at 61-67
cents.

movement is light to fair. Floor
stocks of large and extra large are
fully adequate to ample and ad
ditional offerings are easily

graded loose. Mediums are light to
in balance in most quarters, but
additional stocks are available if
needed. The overall supply of
smalls has increased. Undertone
weak and unsettled.
