Cheese workshop slated
CLAYTON, N.J. - The
Homesteader’s Dairy Goat Club of
South Jersey is sponsoring a
Cheesemaking Workshop on
Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to
4 p.m. at the Gloucester County
Building, Delsea Drive (Rt. 47),
Clayton, N.J. The location is easy
to reach from the Delaware
Memorial Bridge, Rt. 322 from
Pennsylvania, Rt. 295 and the N.J.
Turnpike.
Bob and Ricki Carroll, co-owners
of the New England Cheesemaking
Supply Co, Ashfield, Mass, and
authors tne newsletter,
“Cheesemakers’ Journal,” and the
book, ‘Cheesemaking Made
Easy,” will give instructions at the
workshop. Actual participation
and demonstrations v.’i'l show how

4-H Dog Obedience Course Offered
NORRISTOWN Montgomery County 4-H Coordinator Nancy Kadwill, Collegeville,
right, welcomes Kelly Shannon of Lansdale and "Shannon's Hot Stuff," the first pair to
enroll in the upcoming 4-H Dog Obedience Course to begin Feb. 27th at the 4-H Center
in Lansdale. The course is open to all youth ages 10-18 and will continue for 10 weeks.
