Georgia Poultry Federation is offering a $l,OOO reward to any person who reports information regarding the illegal movement of live poultry or birds into Georgia from the avian Quarantine area expanded HARRISBURG - The Penn sylvania Department of Agriculture has expanded the area under state quarantine for avian influenza to include all of Lebanon County and an additional portion of Berks County north of Interstate Route 78 east to Route 61. Deputy State Agriculturre Secretary J.
