And here to help you in observing potato month are some extra special recipes Try them' GRATED POTATO CASSEROLE 1/2 cup milk 3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 cup cubed cheese 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 small onion, cut in pieces, optional 1 3 medium potatoes cubed Put everything in blender in the order given Blend on high speed M.H.
