FACT: Lasso® herbicide not only gives you full-season grass control, Lasso provides better control of pigweed and black nightshade than Dual—and better suppression of lambsquarters and common ragweed. FACT: Lasso stresses young corn and soybean plants less than Dual. FACT: Universities around the country have conducted herbicide tests in corn for eight straight years, 1975 through 1982. In those independent tests, plots treated with Lasso consistently produced bigger yields than plots treated with Dual. FACT: Lasso averaged over four bushels per acre more than Dual 3 whether the herbicides were used alone or tank mixed with atrazine or Bladex 2 herbicides. FACT: All available comparisons (more than 1,000) from published university experiments were reviewed to obtain these results. FACT: Comparisons were made at universities in many different states. They included a wide range of weather conditions, soil types and weed infestations, as well as many popular varieties of corn. FACT: No Monsanto data were used. All tests were con ducted independently by each university as part of its regular weed control testing program. ADD IT UP: Full-season grass control, better control of some tough broadleaf weeds, less herbicide stress, a signifi cant yield advantage verified by independent university tests—clearly, Lasso outperforms Dual. Count on Lasso for all the yield you're entitled to.
