troduced the totally new high
speed DICKEY-john/Foss Milko-
Scan 605 multiconstituent analyzer
system for milk and dairy
products.
The third generation MilkoScan
605 employs the unique and proven
short-beam infrared transmission
method of analysis. The in
strument, with its patented B
filter, measures fat, protein,
lactose, and solids. Single fat
analyses can be performed at a
super fast rate of up to 600 samples
per hour. All operations, including
data treatment, are handled by the
inboard micro computer.
The Milko-Scan 605 has auto
programming capacity for eight
different programs and provided
for automatic zero setting and
flow-system rinsing. Temperature,
