All that certain tract in Straban Township,
Adams County, Pa. Consisting of ap
proximately 15 acres improved with 45’ x 50’
continuous poured concrete 85’ tall automatic
feed mill containing a Howe-Richardson IBM
card batching system, 200 H.P. Clever Brooks
boiler, 2-200 H.P. Hammermills, 250 H.P. pellet
mill and a 4 ton mixer. Also in mil] area, ap
proximately 11 acres, there is a 35,000 bushel
grain tank, 60 foot Howe-Richardson scales, 500
ft. of rail siding which provides rail service for
a bulk blending fertilizer plant of approx. 2
acres and having approx. 1500 ton storage
capacity. This is a cement block and wood
structure with a non-corrosive roof. 2-ton
Sackett blender, incoming-outgoing Sackett

midds gin, 25 ton flour bin, and 25,000 bushel
wheat storage. 3-story brick residence.
