He has served on the treasury committee for three years and on the banquet committee for one year. He has participated in the sale of citrus for three years. Participating in dairy judging at both the Farm Show and York Fair, he took sixth and ninth placing in the latter competition. He won the Placement in Ag Production award in 1982. Her awards have come in the areas of dairy production, records keeping and scholarship. Her projects include a dairy herd of three cows and seven acres of field corn.
