Winter Place Farms.
There were 240
registered buyers and
about 600 people present
for the sale.
The 60 acre farm
included 44 acres
waterfront on Barren
Creek and was sold in 3
parcels. 22 acres sold
for $44,700; another 22
acres sold for $22,000
