large saucepan. Let stand for five

Pour into shallow two-quart baking
dish; dot with butter. Combine
biscuit mix, two tablespoons
sugar, orange rind and milk. Drop
from teaspoon onto hot fruit
mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30
minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve warm with whopped top
ping, if desired.
CHEESE-UMA BAKE
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 cup grated American cheese
1/4 cup diced pimiento
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/4 cup ripe olives
3 cups cooked dry lima beans
Make cream sauce by melting
butter, blending in flour and salt.

Add milk slowly and cook and stir
over low heat until mixture
thickens. Add cheese and stir until
melted. Stir in pimiento, onion, and
ripe olives, cut from pits in large
pieces. Pour over drained beans in
buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake in 350 degree oven until
browned and bubbly or for about 30
to 35 minutes.
CRANBERRY-ORANGE
PEAR REUSE
2 small oranges
1 firm pear
1 pound fresh cranberries
11/4 cups sugar
Quarter oranges and discard
colter pith and seeds. Quarter
pear and discard ewe and seeds.
Pick over cranberries and rinse.
Put oranges, pear and cranberries
through a food chopper. Add sugar
and mix well. Chill at least one
hour.
